Today is the eve of Harry & Meghan’s big day. In tribute to their knot-tying, I gathered up some fun cute crafts to make in celebration of their wedding day.

Lemon & Elderflower Drizzle Muffins for Harry & Meghan – Foodie Quine – Make your own muffin versions of Harry and Meghan’s wedding cake. Elderflower and lemon are THE top baking flavours of 2018 as the Royal couple have chosen them for their wedding cake. This quick and easy muffin recipe incorporates lemon and elderflower in both the sponge and a sugary drizzle.

Union Jack Jelly Bean Cake – Lunchbox World Challenge – Decorate a butter sponge cake with red, white and blue Jelly Belly beans to make a Union Jack to create a stunning Royal Wedding themed tea party.

Tie Dye Cake – Sally’s Baking Addiction – How to make festive, colorful tie-dye homemade vanilla cakes and cupcakes for any occasion. These are always, always a huge hit! Red-White-Blue Cheesecake Cake – Recipe Girl – This cake was made originally for the 4th of July celebrations but will work equally well for the British Royal Family!

 

Strawberry Champagne Jam – American Cupcake Life – Using some fresh British strawberries, this recipe has been poshed up by adding some champagne to give it a glam edge. Make this jam for a picnic in Windsor while waiting for the carriage to pass. Perfect jam. Fit for a Princess.

Royal Wedding Party Printables – Purple Pumpkin Blog – These free printables for the Royal Wedding are of course customised to feature the wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle. But I do want them to have some longevity after the big day is over.
So, after the event, I will change these to a royal theme – keeping everything mostly the same, but removing and replacing references to the wedding. After all, you can still have a right royal knees up any time of the year!
