Materials and Tools needed

Yarn: DK weight yarn – Samples feature Paintbox Simply Aran, 100% Cotton Tea Rose (643) Pale Lilac (646) Bubblegum Pink (651). I couldn’t find the yarn featured in Sarah-Jane’s post, so have added my recommended yarns, available from Craft Stash in the following choice of colours: Bella Coco Stay Crafty Raspberry, Bella Coco Stay Crafty Lavender, and Bella Coco Stay Crafty Mint.
Hook: 4 mm (From Amazon)
Completed size: 13cm approx in diameter
Crochet terms
Chain Space(ch-sp)
Slip Stitch (ss): Insert hook into space, yarn over and pull through stitch and loop on hook
Chain (ch): Yarn over, pull through
Treble crochet (tr): Yarn over, insert into chain space, yarn over, pull through, you will have three loops on the hook. Yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through remaining two loops.
Pattern
Foundation:
Ch6 and join to form a ring.
Round One:
Ch3 (counts as a tr here and throughout), 19tr in ring, join (in top of ch-3). <20 tr>
Round Two:
Ch3, tr in next stitch, ch2, *tr in each of next 2 stitches, ch2; repeat from *around, join to ch-3. <20 tr, 10 ch2 sps>
Round Three:
Ch3, (2tr, ch2, 2tr) in each ch-2 sp around, (2tr, ch, tr) in beg ch-2 sp, join to ch-3. <40 tr, 10 ch-2 sps>
Round Four:
Ch3, skip the tr sts and ss in
ch-2 sp, *6tr in same ch-2 sp, ss in next ch-2 sp; rep from * around, 5tr in last ch-2 sp, join to ch-3. <10 sets of 6 tr>
Tie off and sew in ends.
