This printable is designed for grades 4-9, middle school and junior high. It can also be used for high school students, or even for college! There are two sheets: one with the parts of speech, and another with the parts of a sentence. Laminate them or stick them in sheet protectors to put them in a binder.
It was created it in middle school by Samantha from Learn in Color to help her memorize the different parts of speech and the different parts of a sentence. It covers:

Nouns
Verbs
Pronouns
Articles
Adjectives
Adverbs
Interjections
Conjunctions
Prepositions
Object of Prepositions
Direct and indirect objects
Infinitive phrases

Learning the parts of speech is crucial for solid grammar skills. It helps with clarity in speech and sentences. Plus, having a solid foundation in English makes learning a foreign language easier.
Samantha says, “I choose to create a sheet with the parts of sentences to go with my diagramming cheat sheet. At first, diagramming is hard and can seem pointless. In all honestly, once you learn how to do it, you will become SO much more familiar with the English language and improve your writing skills. Knowing how to diagram can help eliminate common grammatical errors and once mastered, can take away A LOT of grammar headaches. I would HIGHLY recommend learning diagramming!
