About Me
Welcome to Feed Our Life—your go-to destination for free sewing, crochet, and craft patterns that ignite creativity and bring joy to makers of all skill levels.
Meet Jacqui
I’m Jacqui, a passionate creator with over 40 years of experience in sewing, dressmaking, and crafting. My journey began with a Diploma in Dressmaking, Fashion Design, and Pattern Cutting, leading to the establishment of my own dressmaking business, “The Dressmaker,” where I specialized in custom wedding gowns and formal wear.
While I now work full-time as a Structural Engineer inspecting railway bridges across the South of England, my heart remains in the world of fabrics and threads. This blog is my creative outlet—a place where I share my extensive collection of sewing patterns, DIY projects, and crafting tutorials.
